Daniela Leska returns to the Sydney Opera House to perform in the Utzon Room for the second time this year in a heart-warming concert, “Winter Words” …when icicles hang by the wall.   Join the artists of Pacific Opera on this melancholy yet starkly beautiful musical journey.

Accompanied by Simon Kenway, a Winter-themed program will include excerpts from Giacomo Puccini’s opera La Bohème, Antonín Dvořák’s opera Rusalka, Mark Puddy’s setting of Henry Lawson’s poem Andy’s Gone With Cattle, Schubert’s song cycle Winterreise and Edward Elgar’s The Snow, all set upon Sydney’s wintry harbour.
